Exceptional craftsmanship<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

We wanted to revive the traditional Mediterranean origins of backgammon, in the days before the boards became decorated with leather and felt. So we decided to make the game out of wood. \nWe contacted expert craftsmen familiar with the construction of luxury products. Together we chose beech wood for its resistance, prestige and symbolism.

Saint Tropez\u2026..our inspiration<\/h5>\n\n

This first series of Tropezian Backgammon with its rounded edges was inspired by the shape of the traditional \u201cpointed\u201d fishing boats. The wood has been bleached so that the colors of St Tropez will stand out.

It has been designed to sit on the table of a caf\u00e9 as well as on a beach towel as any sand will simply slide off the quality wooden board.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

It was important for us to market a product in line with our values. The raw materials and the packaging have been carefully scrutinized.<\/p>\n\n

All the people and businesses we work with, from the design stage to the distribution networks, are located in France.
