Echoing its origins in bleached wood—a tribute to the colors of the village, the rounded curves of the fishing boats, and the bright hues of Saint-Tropez—the natural backgammon celebrates the material in its purest form. A return to basics, where each grain of wood tells a story, that of the sea, the sun, and nature rediscovered.

We are very proud to have supported the players throughout the week in the players' lounge, including French finalist of the 2024 edition, Lucas Pouille, a big backgammon enthusiast.
Backgammon and tennis share a common history, with intense games played between matches and training sessions at the clubhouse.
Stan Wawrinka, former world number three and winner of Roland Garros in 2015, also took up Backgammon Tropézien before withdrawing from the tournament due to injury.
